The Warren National University tuition program is designed to provide the opportunity for motivated students to significantly reduce the total cost of their education.
Per Service Tuition Programs
Bachelor of Science Degree Program

To enroll under a Per Service Tuition program, a registered student is required to pay an enrollment fee. The enrollment fee is a one time fee. The enrollment fee is not required for a student that enrolls under a Comprehensive Tuition program.
Bachelor students electing the capstone culminating activity will be required to complete the six (6) semester credit-equivalent capstone course. Tuition for this course will follow the per semester credit rate. The total course tuition for the six semester credit capstone course is currently $1,128.
If an active student extends a course beyond 16 complete weeks, then a $25 coursework extension and technology fee is assessed. Subsequent extension fees are assessed every 30 days thereafter, until the course is completed or the limit of twelve (12) months per course is exceeded. The student may register as temporarily inactive to avoid the assessment of these fees. A student on the Comprehensive Tuition program is not assessed the coursework extension and technology fee.
Prior Learning Assessment
The fee schedule will be based on the cost of the services performed and not determined by the amount of credit awarded. Paying the fee is not a guarantee of credit.
A separate portfolio is required for Business, Health Administration, Technology, and General Education credit requests.
Current Fee Schedule
- Portfolio Submission Fee - $250 (3 credits)
- Subsequent courses in the same portfolio - $150 per 3 credit course
- Portfolio re-submission fee - $150 per 3 credit course, within 1 calendar year
Comprehensive Tuition Programs
As an alternative to a Per Service Tuition program, some students will prefer to commit to the Comprehensive Tuition program. There are no limits to the number of courses that can be completed under the Comprehensive Tuition program. Tuition for prior learning and testing, as well as coursework extension and technology fees, do not apply under the comprehensive tuition program.
The Comprehensive Tuition program option is particularly well suited for students that choose to avail themselves of tuition assistance through SLM Financial or Wells Fargo student loan programs.
A student may register as temporarily inactive to suspend progress of the comprehensive time period. A student is allowed two 30-day maximum or one 90-day maximum extension for each comprehensive tuition block.

The application fee is fully refundable upon demand by the applicant. Upon the decision to enroll with the University, the application fee is applied as a credit against tuition. |

Financial Obligations
A student may not graduate or receive any diploma, grades or transcript until unpaid financial accounts, current or delinquent, have been satisfied. The University will not release any diploma, grades or transcript until such obligations are satisfied.
Re-enrollment Scholarships
Warren National alumni who have satisfied all graduation requirements may seek admission to any other degree program offered by the University. Alumni will be eligible for a 25% discount from the tuition fees in place at the time of enrollment.
Graduation Supplemental Fees
Project/Thesis/Dissertation Binding
Graduate-level theses and/or dissertations that are presented must be bound according to the American Library Association standards. One bound copy is required by the University. Binding costs are subject to change, therefore, students should check with the Student Services department for current pricing when they are ready to submit their final paper. There is no binding requirement at the undergraduate level.
Graduation Review
At the time of graduation, the University will assign a reviewer to thoroughly review all aspects of the student's file, including all supporting documentation required for graduation. This process ensures the student has successfully satisfied all obligations, both financial and academic.
Transcript Fee
Transcripts are available for $8 per copy.
